Will I receive the same Product that I see in the Picture?
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Also please be aware that some of the images of our cracker contents are used to show customers the type of item they will be receiving inside their crackers and not necessarily the exact gift contents of the crackers. Our Product Descriptions will inform you if the contents of our crackers may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this the case please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type and value, as we are always adding new and interesting items to our gift lines.
How long it will take to get my Order?
It takes a minimum of 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Once shipped, you will get the tracking number via email and you can expect delivery according to the shipping method you chose, free delivery will take 15-30 days on average.
Can I Cancel my Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.
How long will it take to receive my order?
NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 virus impacting production and trade worldwide, we have been experiencing slower than usual turnaround times. Your order may be delayed and some shipping methods are unavailable. Thank you for your support and understanding.
We ship all in stock orders within 7 business days. Roughly 90% of variations are available at any given time. (Excluding latest releases) For detailed stock status, please contact us
Delivery takes 2-4 weeks after conformation of order. For custom made order (printing on demand) will take an additional 1-2 weeks. The time spent in transit is not included! Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Transit times vary based upon conditions, including but not limited to:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
Customer Support Response Time?
For E-Mail, expect a response within 12-24 hours from our representatives. Please allow more time during new drops or the holiday season. Our representatives are available Monday-Friday.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
On large releases, order confirmations can be delayed, and often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks that do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
When possible, We will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in Available currencies on our website. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.
